Aged Suckler beef is from our mature cows who are always over 30 months old. They have been born on our farm and instead of going for prime beef at 2 years old, she's kept as a mature cow in our herd, to breed from. She would have had a good long life, naturally raising her young and grazing our native pastures, basically doing what cows do best! The end result is phenomenal, it's like beefed up beef, with yellow buttery fat, we will never have loads of this beef as we want to maintain the size of our herd, but when you do manage to get your hands on it, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
