DELIVERY, COLLECTION & RETURNS
Nationwide Delivery
We use sustainable packaging comprised of wool insulation keeping your meat cold/frozen for over 48hrs. We ship Monday - Thursday and aim to get your meat to you next day where possible but please allow 1-4 working days just incase we're super busy on the farm.
Our Nationwide Delivery charges are:
- Orders value £0-40 - £16.99
- Orders value £40-80 - £12.99
- Order Value £80 + £9.99
We want to have a minimal impact on the planet with everything we do, this is why we have chosen to have a minimum order value for deliveries and use natural, recyclable products such as wool insulation. Help us recycle by sending back your wool insulation and ice packs for us to use again. When we receive it we'll give you a £10 voucher for you to spend on your next order, please remember to leave your name so we know who to give the voucher to.
Local Delivery
We currently offer local delivery for £5.99 (please see if you qualify when you enter your address at checkout).
We aim to fulfil these within 4 working days, please let us know if there are any times you will be out so we can avoid attempting delivery during these times.
Farm Collection
We would love for you to come and meet us at the farm and collect your meat. We will get your order ready in 1-4 working days and send you a 'order ready for collection' email, once received, you can come any time to pick up your order from our 'collections' chest freezer inside our barn.
Please don't forget to bring a cold bag and ice packs if you would like to keep your meat frozen. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the farm.
Christmas 2024 collection's and delivery
Noel at nempnett
We will be holding our Christmas collection (Noel at Nempnett) on the 23rd of December 9am - 5pm. We will have mulled wine, food from the fire and Christmas songs to get you in the Christmas spirit. We will also have other small, local businesses with their own stalls like a mini Christmas market, it's a lovely atmosphere that is sure to get you in the Christmas spirit, don't forget to grab a photo with Tommy the giant Turkey before you leave!

Go and visit our friend Jonny in his beautiful fish shop in Nailsea, bring along your order details and he will fetch your order. With plenty of parking this is a great option, you could even grab some of their delicious fish whilst your there!

Come and meet one of our team on Sunday 22nd Dec 10-11am at Whitehall Garden Center car park. A great spot with loads of room, you can even grab some last minute Christmas presents from the Garden Center while you're here. Look out for a Nempnett flag!

We currently offer local delivery for £9.99 (please see if you qualify when you enter your address at checkout).
We aim to fulfil these on 22nd Dec, please make sure someone will be in to collect your order.
Christmas nationwide Delivery
Nationwide Christmas deliveries will cost £15.99 and will be delivered on 21st-22nd Dec.
Returns and order alterations
If you have any issues with any of our products, please contact us straight away and we will do our upmost to resolve it. Your happiness and health is our priority, this is a new venture and we want you to be 100% satisfied.
If you want to amend your order please do this by sending us an email before orders deadline for delivery or collection that week.
Christmas Orders are non refundable but can be amended providing we have plenty of time to make the changes and have replacement items in stock, orders can't be changed after 1st Dec.
