DELIVERY, COLLECTION & RETURNS
Nationwide Delivery

We offer Nationwide delivery on orders over £40. We use sustainable packaging comprised of wool insulation keeping your meat cold/frozen for over 48hrs. We ship Monday - Wednesday and aim to get your meat to you in 1-4 working days.

Our Nationwide Delivery charges are:
- Orders value £40-80 - £12.99
- Order Value £80 + £9.99
​
We want to have a minimal impact on the planet with everything we do, this is why we have chosen to have a minimum order value for deliveries and use natural, recyclable products such as wool insulation. Help us recycle by sending back your wool insulation and ice packs for us to use again. When we receive it we'll give you a £10 voucher for you to spend on your next order, please remember to leave your name so we know who to give the voucher to.
Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery for £5.99 (please see if you qualify when you enter your address at checkout).
We aim to fulfil these within 4 working days, please let us know if there are any times you will be out so we can avoid attempting delivery during these times.
Farm Collection
​
We would love for you to come and meet us at the farm and collect your meat. We will get your order ready in 1-3 working days and send you a 'order ready for collection' email please then let us know when you're coming so we can make sure someone is here to meet you.
Please don't forget to bring a cold bag and ice packs if you would like to keep your meat frozen. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the farm.
Christmas collection and delivery

We will be holding our Christmas collection (Noel at Nempentt) on the 23rd of December 10:00-16:00. We will have mulled wine, homemade mince pies, food from the fire and Christmas songs to get you in the Christmas spirit. We also have other small, local businesses with their own stalls like a mini market, it's a lovely atmosphere that is sure to get you in the Christmas spirit.

Our turkeys can now be delivered nationwide, Turkeys will be delivered between 20th/22nd Dec, please select your delivery option at check out.

Yatton
You can also collect your Christmas order from the Strawberry Line Cafe in Yatton, we will be there in the car park next to the Cycle hire centre on 22nd Dec between 10-11am so why not come along grab a coffee, grab your Nempnett treats and say hello.

Bristol
You can also collect your Christmas order from the Old Bristol Zoo Car park in Clifton, we will be there in the car park on 22nd Dec between 10-11am so why not come grab your Nempnett treats and say hello.

Returns and order alterations
​
If you have any issues with any of our products, please contact us straight away and we will do our upmost to resolve it. Your happiness and health is our priority, this is a new venture and we want you to be 100% satisfied.
If you want to amend your order please do this by sending us an email before orders deadline for delivery or collection that week.
Christmas Orders are non refundable but can be amended providing we have plenty of time to make the changes and have replacement items in stock, orders can't be changed after 1st Dec.
