About the event
From Field to Fire: A Rustic Farm Feast with Chef Darren Broom
Join us for a unique culinary experience on the farm!
Our farm tour kicks off the evening, where you'll get an exclusive look behind the scenes of our operation. Learn about our sustainable practices and how we raise our animals that provide our delicious grass-fed beef and pasture-raised poultry.
Back at the barn, you’ll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Sutton Ridge Wine, grown and produced just a mile away by Luke Ford. Luke will also have bottles available to purchase and enjoy with your meal.
Then, the real magic begins. Acclaimed guest chef Darren Broom, alongside his team from the award-winning Pythouse Kitchen Garden — proud holders of a Green Michelin Star — will prepare a fire-cooked, three-course feast. Expect bold flavours, seasonal ingredients, and produce sourced directly from our farm and other trusted local growers.
