Livers are sold in 250g packs.

• SOLD FROZEN - Our production model is seasonal, so to provide the summer quality year round we freeze all of our chicken as soon as we get it back from the processor. 
• The weight you choose is the minimum you will receive 
• Pasture Raised on chemical free, diverse pastures, all day every day (once out of the brooder!)
• Processed at 10 weeks old minimum

Please store your chicken at -18c. When you want to eat some delicious chicken get it out of the freezer and place on a plate in the fridge to allow it to defrost slowly, allow 10-12hrs/kg to defrost in the fridge. Allow the meat to get to room temperature before cooking.
