Our pasture-raised turkey breast comes skin on from slow-grown birds raised outdoors on grass, free to roam, forage, and behave as turkeys should.
Unlike intensively reared turkeys, our birds grow at a natural pace, developing real flavour, firm texture, and gentle marbling within the meat. This means the breast stays juicy when cooked properly and delivers a depth of flavour that’s often missing from supermarket turkey.
The breast is carefully prepared and trimmed, giving you a generous, versatile cut that’s ideal for roasting whole, slicing into steaks, or cooking gently for salads and leftovers. It’s all the quality of a Nempnett turkey, with the convenience of a boneless joint.
Because our turkeys are slow-grown and dry-processed, the meat does not need aggressive cooking. Cook gently, rest well, and you’ll be rewarded with tender, succulent slices every time.
