Our birds live entirely out on pasture, roaming fresh ground each week with the help of our portable perches — the gobbledego’s (they gobble, then go!). Fresh air, fresh pasture, and plenty of exercise make for healthy, active birds. Some call them beyond free-range. Others call them delicious. We just call them Nempnett.

Every turkey is dry-plucked by hand for the finest finish, giving you perfectly crispy skin and succulent meat. We then dry-age each bird for at least 12 days, deepening the flavour and ensuring the meat stays juicy — even the next day in sandwiches.
