Our half turkeys come from birds that live entirely out on pasture, roaming fresh ground each week with the help of our portable perches — the gobbledego’s (they gobble, then go!). Fresh air, fresh pasture, and plenty of exercise produce healthy, active birds, resulting in meat that’s rich, tender, and full of flavour. Some call them beyond free-range. Others call them delicious. We just call them Nempnett.
Each half turkey is carefully prepared from our pasture-raised bronze birds. Dry-plucked by hand for the finest finish, they have perfectly crispy skin and succulent meat. We then dry-age each bird for at least 12 days, deepening the flavour and ensuring the meat stays juicy — ideal for Christmas, Boxing Day, or any festive feast.
