Nempnett Beef

Our beef comes from our traditional suckler herd, raised naturally on pasture without chemicals or fertilisers. The cattle are moved daily to fresh grass, helping to build soil and enrich the land. Grown slowly for over two years, they’re humanely processed nearby, dry-aged for 21 days, and expertly butchered — resulting in rich, flavourful beef inspired by nature.
