The flavour of a ribeye, with a bone to hold. The Chuckahawk is our version of a bone-in chuck steak, cut from where the chuck meets the forerib — essentially an extension of the ribeye. Known by some as the poor man’s Tomahawk, it delivers deep, beefy flavour with a slightly firmer bite. Raised slowly on our diverse pastures, this steak is all about honest farming and serious taste.
