This isn’t just a steak — it’s a statement.

Our Tom & Jerry Steak (sometimes called a Flintstone Steak) is a jaw-dropping, caveman-sized cut taken from the hind leg, complete with a slice of bone for extra drama and flavour. These are made for fire cooking, feasting, and feeding a crowd like kings and queens.

 

This steak is a full slice from the back leg of the cow; a muscle that works hard every time the animal moves. That means it’s not the most tender cut, but it is packed with deep, developed flavour. The harder the muscle works, the more taste it carries; and this one delivers big.

 

To get the best out of it, dry brine ahead of time and cook it low and slow. Patience will reward you with rich, beefy brilliance.

 

Cooking Tip: Salt it well, sear it over flames, then cook low and slow until the meat pulls away like butter. Let it rest. Then carve it like you mean it.

 

Warning: May cause neighbour envy and spontaneous gatherings.
