Our grass-fed hanger steak is a deeply flavoured, tender cut taken from a single muscle that hangs between the rib and the loin. Because it does very little work, it’s naturally tender, yet its position gives it a richness and depth that steak lovers seek out.

 

Often kept back by butchers, hanger steak delivers big flavour without the price tag of prime cuts. From our slow-grown, pasture-raised cattle here in Somerset, it’s beef with real character.. bold, juicy and immensely satisfying.

How to cook

 

Best cooked hot and fast and served medium-rare. Season simply, sear hard, rest well, then slice across the grain. Perfect with chimichurri, garlic butter or just good salt and pepper.
